Pre-ordering enables you to reserve a product before it has launched, so you are among the first to receive it.

Awaiting-stock orders let your order a product that is being restocked. You will receive it when it is back in stock again.

Can I include in-stock products with pre-ordered or awaiting stock products in the same order?

You’ll need to make separate orders for in-stock products and pre-order/awaiting-stock products.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing your paid invoice and UPS tracking number.

If your product is on pre-order, you can expect to receive your product shortly after the actual sales start date.

For awaiting-stock products, we cannot guarantee a shipping date.

Can all payment methods be used to pre-order?

You’ll need to make a card payment to pre-order from the Nikon Store, or to order an awaiting-stock item. Visa, American Express, and MasterCard are all accepted.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when the order is ready to be shipped.

What happens if authorization fails when the card is charged?

If, for any reason, your card cannot be charged at the time your order is ready to be shipped – for example, if the card has expired by the time we attempt to settle the funds – the order will be cancelled. If you think your card may expire prior to the date on which the order is due to be shipped, please contact our team to cancel your original order and make a new reservation.

Can vouchers be applied to pre-orders or orders for awaiting-stock-products?

Vouchers cannot be applied to pre-orders, but can be applied to awaiting-stock orders.
